Terms and Conditions of Entry
Eligibility - Open to amateurs only
Subject matter - To be within the Bundanoon post code boundary. If submitting a portrait the subject must be a current Bundanoon resident and the photo must be taken within the Bundanoon post code boundary
Description -
1. A3 or A4 size only will be accepted
2. Entries must be submitted on stiff cardboard. No glass frames will be accepted
3. All entries must have been produced after July 2009
4. Only one copy of each entry
5. A maximum of 5 entries per competitor
6. Entries can be digital or film, colour or black and white
7. Entries must be on photographic paper on a cardboard mounting
8. Name, address, phone number, email and date taken clearly marked on rear
Closing date / entry fee / submission -
18th June 2010. Entry is free. Photos must be submitted to Jordans Crossing Real Estate at 23 Railway Ave Bundanoon
Display -
Entrants agree to have their photos displayed in the village and used at no charge to produce promotional material in the form of postcards, calendars, books and the like to further promote Bundanoon. Photos can be claimed after 30th August 2010. Photos will be kept till 31st October 2010 then disposed of. Entries will be offered to the Bundanoon History Club as a local record
Prize -
First prize $1,000
Second prize $500
Prizes will be announced at the opening of Winterfest on the evening of Friday 2nd July
A "Peoples Prize" voted on by the public will be announced on the same evening
Tony Sheffield has donated a special prize for the most artistic use of light
